Each unit is allowed no more than two 4-legged animals, one of which can be a dog. Two dogs will not be permitted except in individual cases approved by the Board depending on circumstances and with terms and conditions that the Board may require.
Each animal must be registered in the Co-op office within 10 days of acquisition by completing the registration form.
A sticker is provided for your unit door at the time of registration to advise others that an animal is present in case of fire or other emergency.
Dogs are not permitted on any Co-Op lawn.
Owners may sit on the benches with their dogs on a leash in the concrete circular area near the rear of the gardens.
Owners may NOT sit with their dogs using the benches or garden chairs facing Alexander Street.
Designated "Stoop and Scoop" concrete areas are located at the rear of Buildings 31 and 484.
All dogs MUST be kept on leashes at all times on Co-Op property.

IfΒ your household size and income meet certain criteria, you may qualify for a reduction of your electricity bill through the OESP.Β
The amount of the credit depends on two factors:
How many people live in the home
The combined annual household income after-tax
For example, a home with one (1) person and an annual income of $38,000 or less will receive an on-bill credit of $45 each month. A home with two (2) people and an annual income of $54,000 will receive an on-bill credit of $40 each month.Β
