The Aging In Place Committee responds to the needs of seniors at City Park by providing support and education around the needs specific to this population. Various workshops on topics such as nutrition, safe use of prescriptions, cultural and travel events, as well as estate planning, are organized yearly. Low impact exercise classes are also organized on a weekly basis as well as a weekly coffee club.

Falls Prevention is a 12-week program running on Mondays and Wednesdays.
There are two classes each day: 12 to 1pm and 1-2 pm.
