Members-Only Website Access Guide

The members-only website is available at members.citypark.coop. It hosts exclusive resources like meeting minutes, Annual General Meeting (AGM) packages, and other member-specific information. Signing up for the Members-only website will also enroll you in the Co-op e-newsletter (unless you opt out).

How to Gain Access

Complete the Member Information Update Form.
A staff member from the Co-op Office will contact you by phone to verify your details and add you to the private "City Park Co-op Members" Google Group. Once added, you'll have full access to the website.

Verify Your Group Membership

Log in to groups.google.com.
Look for the "City Park Co-op Members" group.
If the group isn't visible and it's been several days since you submitted the form, reach out to the Co-op Office for assistance.

Customize Email Notifications

To manage how often you receive group emails:

Navigate to the group's settings page
Options include digesting emails to once daily or disabling notifications entirely to read notifications online at your convenience.

Check your spam!

Newsletter emails often end up in your spam folder because some recipients accidentally mark them as spam when trying to delete them. To help your email provider learn that these are safe, just drag the City Park Co-op messages from spam into your main inbox — or add members@citypark.coop and communications@citypark.coop to your approved senders list (whitelist).

Unsubscribe

To turn off emails

Navigate to the group's settings page and set the Subscription to "No Email"
Please do not leave the members@citypark.coop group because this grants you access to members only section of the website.
